Game Recap

Placer opened up league play with an impressive win over the Bruins at home. Placer led by 17 at the half then blew the game open in the 3rd quarter with a 31 point quarter to lead by 36 after three. Placer was led by seniors Jeremy Lillis with 24 points and 6 rebounds and Jordan Ferreira with a double/double, he had 22 points, 13 rebounds and 3 steals on the night. Rounding out the scoring for the HIllmen were Noah Richardson with 10, Rylan Walsh with 8, Jordan Perlow with 7 points and 8 rebounds, Dylan Bridges 4, Brendyn Ikeda with 5 points and 3 steals, Lucas Yamzon with 2, Kabongo Scott scored 2 , and Derek Shreeve added 2.
Placer improved to 16-2 on the season and 1-0 in PVL play. The Hillmen are currently ranked #8 in teh Sac Bee top 20 and in Max Preps rankings they are #2 in the Section Div III behind 14-0 Vanden.
Placer plays at home on Tuesay Jan 17th vs Lincoln. Frosh 4, JV 5:30, Varsity 7PM
