Meet Recap

Placer Varsity Girls ran a great race on Saturday at Folsom and finished 3rd which qualified them for the state championships on Saturday Nov 26th at Clovis. Placer was led by PVL MVP Marin Chamberlin as she finished 7th overall with a 3 mile time of 19:50. Marin was followed by Elana Muzzy at 16th with a 20:46 time. Delanye Garcia finished 23rd overall with a 21:26 mark. Lisa Vaughan (27) 21:45 was 4th for Placer. Skyler Bray ran a 21:59 and finished 31st overall while Naomi Root (36) 22:20 and Kelsey Griffin (46) 23:27 finished out the field for Placer. Placer Varsity girls had a great season as they wont he PVL title as well as qualified for the state championships. The future is golden when you return most of the varsity team and combine them with the strong underclassmen.. Go get em Ladies!
